Line up

I thought it was the orange skirt that is making me look three times larger than I am in person. On second thought,it is not. This is a wake up call and I am not going to let it snooze. I will start my diet regime right at this moment. I'm hoping my weight will not plateau again when I start loosing weight for it will just send me back on my binge eating and I don't care about the scale mode.

I attended an Art Institute of California- San Francisco fashion show this weekend at the San Francisco Design Center. The show was amazing and very inspiring. I look forward to many more.

What's for breakfast

My staples most of the time for breakfast are soy milk, some type of fruit, and 100% whole wheat bagel thins with peanut butter or jelly. When I am feeling under the weather I will have both why not. Today, my coworker gave me a coconut yogurt and it hit me in every single spot. It is so delicious!!! Too bad I cannot just run to Trader Joes or Safeway to get them. This yogurt is made from france and you can only get them in a specific store down in the Peninsula called The Gourmet Corner. If that wasn't burdensome enough, you have to be emailed when the shipments arrive so you can get your hands and mouth around it. In short, you have to be in their waiting list!

Kool-Aid trend

I stumbled at Kim Kardashian's blogsite celebuzz and one of her fashion blog talks about this orage and purple trend. It is definitely color blocking or what I call Kool-Aid trend.

Food for thought

Boo hoo!

The name couldn't be more perfect. Yep, BOOO HOOO!!! I got this delivery yesterday morning. It is a UK online store catered to chic, stylish, impulse buyer like me. Their clothes could be deceiving, you have to see them in person which is really not the point of buying it online.Out of 6 items, I ended up keeping just 3. The quality is a 7, 10 being the highest. So a big fail for me ;)
This is one of the dress I picked out and I wore at my friend's wedding that same day

Bending the rules

I decided to make a quick stop at Vitamin World to get a supplement. If my nutrition professor would see this, she would be flabbergasted. I don't really take supplements simply because they are not FDA approved. Now that just tells you in fine print that it is up to your discretion and they are not to be held accountable for whatever happens to you. However, this type of supplement intrigues me quite a bit so I decided to try it. Supposedly, it is a really good antioxidant that helps your kidney and liver with the side effect that makes your skin lighter. I rest my case!!! Needless to say, the quick stop turned into a long day event. I ended up stocking up and did a little therapy, very typical of me.

This is great

People often refer rather loosely to the power of breakfast. So today, I made an effort to stop by at one of the local coffee shop in Broadway and spent an ample amount of time sipping on my hot coco with a side of toast.

Hayworth Collection

There is a certain elegance in this collection. I have been eyeing on this for awhile now but I don't really want to get it until I move out and get my own place. When will that day be? I am not quite sure myself. To be honest, I like living at home for it lifts so much responsibilities off my shoulders. I have my own room and I have freedom to do whatever I want. I guess I am not ready to burst my bubble living just yet, but I am surely working on it. I am into contemporary interior design and everything about Jonathan Adler's chic decors. oh, I love IKEA too.
